Non-Florida Residents Can Apply by Mail or in Person (U.S. & Foreign Citizens) Florida Residents must Apply in Person No Waiting Period for Non-Florida Residents Florida Residents must Wait 3 Days before License goes into Effect (Unless They Take a 4-hour Premarital Course) No Medical Exams, No Blood Tests, and No Witnesses Required Florida Marriage License Application Fee Is $93.50 (For Florida Couples Completing the Premarital Course the Fee Is $61.00) Florida Marriage License by Mail is Extra (For Processing & Mailing Costs) We offer out-of-state couples (U.S. & International) the ability and convenience to apply for their Florida Marriage License by Mail! Only non-Florida residents who want to get married in Florida are eligible for this service.
